The updated fully equipped kitchen offeres stainless steel appliances, a coffee station and a large handover granite countertop with four barstools to allow others to visit while the gourmet in you comes to life. This room opens to the living room and enjoys the relaxing water view as well. The breakfast area has a fourtop table and the formal dining room has room for six, and both will certainly complement your gourmet experience.
The master suite has a luxurious king size bed with power control, walk-in closet and a 55" TV, as well as a walkout access to the lanai overlooking the water. The master bathroom has a large inviting garden tub with a separate glass enclosed shower. It also has individual his and her sinks.
The first guest bedroom overlooks the lanai and has a gorgeous view. There is a queen size bed and a 55"TV making it a great place just to relax. The second guest bedroom is located near the greeting room and has a full size bed with a 40"TV. The third guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a 40"TV making it a perfect place for the children.
This property has a tropical paradise feel to it and is located close to everything that Marco Island is known for. Just a short drive away is some of the best dining and shopping. This area also has some of the best fishing in the world so bring your boat and take advantage of the water.
There are four beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart as well to enjoy the beaches nearby. We'll even add four bicycles for local travel.

To reach the Gulf of Mexico with the beautiful soft sandy beach you either have to wade through the lagoon or walk around the to the left, definitely worth the ten minute stroll. The beach here is absolutely breathtaking and totally natural. And don't forget your shelling bags. The beach offers you beautiful shelling. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking. South Public Beach Access-The parking lot is located on Swallow Avenue and is a short walk across South Collier Boulevard to a one-acre beach access on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are 70-parking spaces with rest room access. The walk is lined with sabal palm trees and is surrounded by plush hotels on Marco Island. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.
