The apartment is a generous 188 sqm (2023 sq f) We have 3 very large bedrooms (all have king sized beds) and 2 bathrooms spread over two floors - with airconditioning, not that you need it because the aspect of our apartment allows for generous cooling breezes all year round.
There are two private outside areas. 11 sqm (120 sq ft) balcony on Level 7 and 69 sqm (740 sq ft) terrace on level 8 where we spend a lot of our time enjoying the views, the breezes and the solitude.
Our home is quiet, fresh and light; with all modern conveniences and furnishings.
We have 3 large bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 persons (either 3 couples; or 2 couples and two singles).
Off the main bedroom (ensuite bathroom) on the 8th floor is a 70 sqm terrace facing directly into the best aspect in Queensland - the northeast. This terrace is totally private and extremely spacious.
It has an alfresco kitchen so you can "live" here and not go downstairs to the main kitchen. On level 7 are 2 bedrooms, ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living area.
