The house is a three bedrooms and two full bathrooms home with one floor, and a split plan. The master bedroom is a very large room overlooking the pool and terrace area, with a huge master bathroom, with 2 sinks, big bathtub, and a separated shower, a private toilet and bidet with a large walking closet.
Living room, with one queen sofa-bed and a regular sofa, and the living room looking at the terrace and the pool. The terrace/lanai has a table with seating for six people, ceiling fan and the pool has a heated pump.
Full open kitchen, with a full view of the pool and the family room which is the heart of the house.
High ceilings through out the house, very modern yet cozy. We have electrical shutters protecting the front of the house, and on the terrace/lanai area as well.
One of the three bedroom of the house has a queen size bed and is overlooking the wide canal. The other bedroom has two twin beds, and a sliding door to the pool area and terrace.
There is a bathroom in the same hall to serve those two bedrooms also with pool/terrace access.
The two car garage is on the side of the house. Outside is a basketball hoop, very safe to play far from the street and with direct access to inside the house.
House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac street. It is a water front property with a western exposure. It is located a few blocks from the beach. It is very well located with all kinds of amenities, such as a restaurant, supermarkets, pharmacies, hotels, golf clubs and marinas.
It is recommended to have a car, even though everything is close, about 5 to 10 minute drive.

Boat rentals are available at Marco River Marina and they boats can be docked behind the property. Snook fishing is common as well as bonefishing at the Everglades National Park nearby.
Take I-75 South to Marco Island exit. Then west to Marco. Once on the Island stay on Collier Blvd to San Marco Road. Make a left on San Marco Road 3 block to South Seas Court on the left hand side. House will be on the right.
You can rent scooters as well as bicycles from the local dealer. The scooters are lots of fun!!! and they can be great for going to the beach!!!
We were delighted with the property # 0745 - facilities, location, restaurants, tours were brilliant. Truly a 5 star property.
We had contact with the owners who were very helpful. IVHE staff were their usual professional selves with that bit of personal touch thrown in !!
We thoroughly recommend this property - the waterway location was special & we felt very " at home" there.
All was as described & more.
Our highlight was a beautiful boat trip around the waterways, observing the wild life as we went all inclusive with lunch thrown in!

Our trip to Marco Island, Florida exceeded our expectations! The home was comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal, on a quiet street in front and the inland waterway in back.
There Is also a pool in a spacious, screened back yard overlooking the waterway.
The location is within walking distance to a very nice park with walking and biking trails, and a YMCA with pool and tennis courts. We also walked to the beach, although some would prefer to drive, especially if taking the typical beach gear.
The owner, Mrs. Harth, was especially helpful when we inadvertently left behind some clothing, making a special trip by the house to retrieve the items and then mailing to us.
We would love to return someday, and recommend this property to anyone - the town itself is delightful, and the house is well-located to enjoy all Marco Island has to offer, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
