We stayed at Syon House for 2 nights in June and we loved it so much we stayed for another night. We wished it could have been longer! The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated with real elegance and flair and it is located in the most stunning grounds. The views across the surrounding countryside are unbelievable. Claire was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome, giving us lots of helpful tips on where to visit, where to park and walk or where to dine. The breakfast served each morning in the conservatory overlooking the views was delicious and really set us up for the day! This is a beautiful part of England with the Jurassic Coast on the doorstep and we would love to go back and spend more time there to get to know it a little better.

    Highly recommended.

This lovely small bed and breakfast is in the process of refurbishment - maybe this is completed already? Claire has a wonderful eye and has made all the bedrooms very comfortable, and the bathrooms to a very high standard. Breakfasts were great - and to linger over. Lots to see and do in the locality and plenty of choices of places to eat out for dinner.

We had all five rooms, which made it feel very much like a home.

Would love to see the garden development, Claire!
