Australia # 0539 We stayed 2 nights at this lovely apartment right on Flinders. Our city guide even stopped at the building as an example of the nice apartments that have been put in the central business district. It was attractive, clean with amazing amenities like fresh flowers and candies. The owner let us in and helped us arrange a driver to the airport and even store our suitcases until we left after lunch. We were close to everything: visitors center, shopping, restaurants and even a local theatre for a play. Wish our stay had been longer.
South Africa #0838 This apartment was the perfect base for us from which to organise our daughter's wedding nearby. The apartment is superbly situated in the middle of the town, but tucked away from any noise, and very well equipped. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there!
Australia Home Exchange #634 This boutique hotel was very comfortable with a wonderful deep tub with hot water. The front desk was helpful and it wasn't far to catch the free tourist bus. The attached restaurant (not included) was a convenient spot to eat. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the early check in!
“delightful property in beautiful setting with lovely views” Spain #1140
The property is in the lovely El Capistrano village complex, surrounded by beautiful and immaculately kept gardens. Everything you might need is very conveniently located nearby with swimming pools, small supermarket, cafe/restaurant/bar all just a few steps from the villa. The property itself has a very pretty terrace with views over the town to the sea beyond. A lovely spot to just relax or to dine or have a barbecue at the outside table. A good property for a family holiday.
Paris # 0062 My family of 4, with 2 teenagers, enjoyed a wonderful week in Peter's Paris apartment. The location was in a non-touristy area, however convenient by the RER /metro (15 minute walk) to access all the sights of Paris. The Sacre Coeur was just a short walk away (15 minutes), and many restaurants and small grocery stores lined the street just outside the apartment. Just down the street was a beautiful bakery, where each morning we picked up freshly baked croissants and delicious baguettes. The apartment itself faces the courtyard, so it was extremely quiet in the evenings. The king size bed and the couch (as a bed) were both very comfortable, and the apartment was extremely clean. Wi-fi was fantastic, even with all four of us using it at the same time. Overall, a wonderful vacation!!
The home exchange chalet #755 was off a quiet road, set down a few steps with stunning views over the mountains from the main, large balcony. It was clean, well kept, good quality furniture and well laid out room wise.
We loved the pool onsite, which was scrupulously clean, had good shower, toilet, changing area and helpful attendants on hand. Sadly the surrounding general landscaping to the whole site could have done with some mowing and weeding, but that didn't spoil our overall enjoyment of the chalet and area.
Christine, the owner was extremely helpful and patient, answering my numerous questions beforehand by e-mail. The instructions for key pick up, arrival, departure etc were all made clear.
Would highly recommend the local gondala ride up the mountain, lovely walks on top and the nearest pebble beach we found was at Lugrin, on Lake Leman - beautiful setting, idyllic and safe for small children and perfect for any age swimming.
We would love to return in the future and wish we had a chalet like that, in that position, superb.
We just came back from San Diego. We stayed in this house #1013 which was just perfect: very modern and practical, with beautiful views, right on the boardwalk in front of the beach and close to all the action. We were only 4 staying in the house but there is a lot of living space so it would be great for more people also. We could have stayed there for a month easily since it was so nice just staying on the patio looking at the ocean and playing on the beach. But there are so many things to do and see in San Diego, that one week was definitely not enough! The communications with the owner were always pleasant as well. We just loved this trade!
The stay at Linda's Villa #0971 was amazing. I had my brother and two sisters join us for a family vacation, and the way the bedrooms were set up was perfect for separate adults and their privacy.
The gardens are unbelievable, and with the great pool and views, it was difficult to leave to go and explore the region.
We loved the layout of the Villa - very comfortable with excellent furnishings and style.
The whole trip was fantastic, and working with IVHE was once again seamless on what must be our 7th or 8th IVHE holiday in the last 4 years.
The vacation was wonderful. The house #0822 was what it was said to be. The owners are terrific. They were most helpful to us in all ways. It was a magnificent view and so much to do. We thank Tom and his wife for all he did to help make memories for my family.
We met Marcelle and her husband when she brought us the keys of the apartment, and they are very nice and interesting people to start with.
The apartment itself #008 is in Cannaregio - the best area of Venice we think. It's away from the tourist crowds but still very well located - difficult to beat. At less than 200 meters there was the very strategic Guglie Vaporetto stop which showed very handy.
In the Cannaregio area we found absolutely exquisite restaurants where mainly locals go.
Because location was so near the Jewish Ghetto we had the best pastries, bread, etc.
We had also lovely authentic little shops - excellent local wine-bars and gelateria at hand.
The apartment itself was very charming, comfortable and practical. There was a heat-wave when we were there, but the air conditioning helped us perfectly through.
Bedding is superb so we slept very well.
A lot of practical information and tips inside the apartment and a perfect communication with the owners were extra trumps for this jewel of an apartment.
We liked the area so much that we decided to buy an apartment ourselves in Cannaregio, and Marcelle and her husband gave us valuable advice!
Thanks for a great stay! Property #1067
Beautiful empty beach nearby, with big waves for body boarding, lovely seafood and cheap wine, perfect.
Property #0778 A fantastic place with plenty of space for everybody. The design of the home is excellent for allowing everyone some extra space and yet has a large dining and living area for meals and getting everyone together. Loved the pool - a great treat. The location, on the Somerset Devon border, makes it easy to get to many interesting places. Ali was most helpful, great to meet her. Would highly recommend this exclusive vacation home, especially for larger families / groups.
Our experience with your IVHE coordinating team was outstanding, with a lot of extra detail supplied about the trip, which made our decision to go and what to take with, so much easier.
Captain Rob’s boat is exceptionally well maintained, safe and clean, with all the amenities and equipment needed for this type of boat trip.
The description of the boat, facilities and what to expect was very accurate. We exactly knew what we were in for.
The way Captain Rob handled us in such a confined space and at close quarters for 5 days, was absolutely amazing. His intimate expertise in all the fishing and boating activities and his vast knowledge of the natural surrounding areas were easily and interestingly shared with his guests. He was excellent in keeping us informed about planned activities and was easy on a change of plan if we were more interested in doing something else. He was also an exceptionally good teacher and coach. To train three of the four guests who had no previous experience of fishing and helped them to catch dozens of fish, crabs and shrimp during the course of the five days, took some doing.
The five days on the boat was a life changing experience, one BIG learning curve and lots of fun. The excellent food rounded it off perfectly. This trip should be part of every outdoors type of person’s bucket list.
The good-byes were quite emotional, confirming the amazing bond that came about between guests and crew. Very, very special!
As always the support and efforts from IVHE were great.
The Captain's quarters were in fantastic shape and along with the great flowers in the garden really showed as in the photos. The views were spectacular and both the Island of Hydra and the Port was a great and fun experience.
Dealing with the owner and her support people on the Island was very easy and a pleasure at all times. We would like to thank them all for a Wonderful experience and a great way to start our summer vacation.
We had to try to stay at this property for 3 summers and we were able to coordinate this visit just into the summer high season.
We had a wonderful time in this luxurious property; our second visit. Since our last visit a barbecue house has been added which was a lovely addition and worked very well. We home exchanged/traded the property for a family celebration and it was ideal. Space for everyone to do their own thing, lots of entertainment such as pool table, swimming, etc. and large communal areas for everyone to come together too. The rural location was perfect for country walking - we downloaded a couple of walks before we went and spent an enjoyable few hours in a part of the country which was new to us. The kitchen is superbly equipped and of an ample size to cater on a larger scale. Thoroughly recommend.
A wonderful find for a great Pembrokeshire holiday.
These cottages are tucked away in a perfect location for enjoying all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. Lisa and Paul are great and made our stay very relaxing. Enjoy all the comforts of a well presented and spacious cottages along with the extra conveniences of having a barbeque, WiFi, laundry room, well stocked DVD library, hot tub and sauna. Highly recommended.
Just returned a few days ago - am delighted to say our experience was a fantastic one!!
The IVHE trade co-ordinating team could not have been more helpful, in fact my experience with all IVHE staff has been very positive - they really look after you!
Rodney had been in touch on a number of occasions prior to arrival & was very helpful throughout. This was a surprise visit for Renee my wife - we had arranged to visit our own cabin in Tennessee, but I had added this visit on as a bonus and what a bonus! Of course I had seen all the photographs of the property, but nothing could have prepared us for the sheer luxury inside & the fantastic beach location & views.
I chose this property specifically because it had an elevator as Renee cannot do stairs. What an absolute boon this was.
The interior was beautifully furnished & impeccably decorated & appointed. You wanted for nothing - the kitchen was a dream.
Rodney could not have been more helpful & gave us helpful tips for places to visit & eat. This a quiet beach resort & ideal for a really relaxing holiday which would be ideal for either families or couples. There was direct access from the patio on to the 27 mile long beach with a fishing pier nearby. Also plenty of opportunities to go sailing on the inland waterways.
As for us, we took a totally relaxing break & just enjoyed the house & beach.
This was a very positive experience & one we can highly recommend to all - in short, pure luxury in a magic location!!
Thank you Rodney & Laura - hope to meet you next time Laura. I think you can guarantee there will be a next time!
This Majorcan farmhouse/villa was absolutely delightful. We loved the garden and it’s location.
The villa was certainly a highlight of our first visit to Majorca.
Enjoying evening meals at sunset and looking over the Serra Tramuntana National Park at Castell son Claret was another highlight.
Having a Michelin star restaurant/hotel was just around the corner from your village Es Capdella’ is quite amazing!
We loved casual meals at Bar Nou, too.
Your local manager, Mahel, was most helpful and friendly.
Mrs. Akiko Everett and Mr. Ken Everett - 08 Jun 2015
We stayed a most enjoyable few nights at this apartment and found the location of it in Upper West Manhattan ideal for us. It is a good size with a great modern kitchen and large lounge where we spent most of our time when in the apartment.
Being on the fifth floor provides great views especially from the roof terrace but without a lift, carrying heavy cases was not the most enjoyable part of our visit but luckily Jimmy the security guy helped us with the luggage when we arrived.
We visited New York primarily to attend a wedding and having visited this great city a few times previously, doubt if we will ever go back there but if we did we would be more than happy to stay at this apartment again and can thoroughly recommend it.
Many thanks to the owners Rob and Mako for helping to make our stay a great experience.
Brian and Tina - 29 May 2015
We spent a wonderful week in Tansy Cottage and cannot recommend it highly enough. The cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standards with everything you could possibly want. The attention to detail is outstanding with excellent beds and superb bathrooms. You will read many reviews highlighting how wonderful Clydey Cottages is for families and children (and it is - if only we'd had somewhere of this quality to stay when our children were small!) but we are a retired couple and we would certainly recommend it to others like ourselves who want a warm and cosy base to explore this beautiful corner of West Wales. The location is stunning, so quiet and peaceful and returning home to the lovely log fire on some unseasonably cold April evening was a real joy. Definitely the best place to stay in Wales whatever your age!
As new members we didn’t really know what to expect from IVHE, however we needn’t have been concerned – from start to finish it all went like clockwork, with nothing left to chance. Communication with your team was excellent, with emails answered quickly.
Vivenda dos Palhacos in Majorda, Goa turned out to be a real gem. Simon and Charlotte Hayward were extremely hospitable and the staff there couldn’t do enough to help. Highly recommendable.
We are back home from our trip to Argentina. We had a wonderful time!! Our stay at the IVHE.com home exchange in the Uco Valley in Mendoza was super. It was in a perfect location in the country, so peaceful and relaxing. But also, it was a close drive to so many wonderful wineries and beautiful vineyards and orchards. It was the perfect start to our trip to Argentina:)
We look forward to future IVHE home exchanges!
We just returned from a wonderful week at the Bigger Splash Villa and highly recommend this exchange. The villa on lovely Virgin Gorda is very spacious and our 4 children (3 of whom are teenagers) had plenty of room to spread out. The views from the top of the villa are lovely, and it was a favorite place to take our morning coffee or evening pina colada.
We loved the breezes that were almost constant during our stay, and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay at the Bigger Splash and highly recommend it for a fabulous home exchange!
I visited Pigeon Forge Tennessee and stayed in a quant little cabin on the side of a mountain. I was able to book the property easily and communicated with the owners. They gave me some ideas for things to do in the area and were very helpful. The cabin was clean and just as pictured. I would recommend it especially if you are a hiker or love nature.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience in Cape Town. Home Exchange Property #575 is very spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Our very gracious and helpful hosts were there to greet us when we arrived after a 30-hour journey and we spent a few hours with them at their home on our last day in the Western Cape. We hope to come back some day.
Our first time to St Agnes, a real jewel. The cottage is well appointed, great kitchen and excellent internet. We ventured on many walks in the area, especially along the coast. The village has 3 sections with plenty of choice of restaurants. We visted in November, certainly the 'low season' but still had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.
This property was accurately descibed and we had no problems either with communicating with the owner or finding the flat. It was very well appointed and strategically situated with respect to canal travel. The information about transport Etc. was very useful as the Venice tourist board is totally unhelpful about maps, timetable Etc. We can thoroughly recommend this propertyin every respect.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely Grande View Historic Hotel. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome, the spacious and tastefully furnished bedroom, and the huge and luxurious bathroom.
Breakfast was very good value with lovely products and special bread from the local bakery. There was plenty for two mornings.
Annette also baked delicious cakes or biscuits for her guests each day, and they were an absolute treat.
We were able to walk into Battery Point each day as it is only a short walk from the hotel, and we also enjoyed meals at the nearby restaurants, bakery and Inn.
Thank you to Annette and John for a fantastic few days. We hope to return!
Thank you also to IVHE for the smooth arrangement of this exchange.
The house was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Our host, Monica, was very helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was about a half hour to downtown Scottsdale, but it was so peaceful and in such a beautiful setting that we were glad to be where we were. We hope to stay again in the future.
We stayed at this fantastic apartment and couldn't have been more pleased with the location and accessibility to everything that we were interested in seeing. It provided an easy walk to the Times Square area, theaters, restaurants and Central Park. The building and apartment are very historic and Victorian in decor. The owners have recreated their unit to give the feel of the original construction refelecting the fact that this was one of the earliest luxury apartments built in New York city on 57th Ave. (Millionaires row).
We highly recommend using your credits on this unit...you won't be disappointed.
A wonderful place to stay - would go back there in an instant.
Perfectly positioned to explore the gateway to Hawaii.
Beautiful views, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a great stay.
We had an absolutely perfect week in one of Anne Davey's beautiful cottages. First of all, it was clean as a whistle, both bedrooms were comfortable with excellent matrresses and linens, the kitchen was large and well-stocked, WiFi, cable TV, parking. No complaints whatsoever. And the location! Bakewell seems to be in the center of everything in the area. Each morning we headed out in different direction, and we always found a delightful way to spend the day. When we had questions, Anne was always there with help and advice. Our only regret was that we had not been able to stay longer.
The house was beautiful #0742. We had a wonderful stay. Our host, Monica, was very helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was about a half hour to downtown Scottsdale, but it was so peaceful and in such a beautiful setting that we were glad to be where we were. We hope to stay again in the future.
We enjoyed our Vegas trip the condo was a 10th floor, one bedroom that was executively decorated and furnished with high end appliances. The location is excellent just off the center of the strip and the Signature resort is excellent.
All in all a great place and a great trip!
We just returned from a fabulous week from an IVHE exchange in San Siro, Italy which is on Lake Como. This house, which was built several centuries ago, was perfect for our party of four vacationers. Once you entered the door and walked up a few stairs to the main floor, you saw the amazing view of Lake Como and the surrounding area. Plus, there is a deck with the same view that is perfect for a glass of wine or relaxing.
The owners of the house were very well organized and responsive in helping visitors not only with information regarding their house, but also for the surrounding areas. The description and pictures on the IVHE website accurately represented what we experienced. The owners have a book available to guests that describe many local activities (hikes, walks, restaurants, etc.) that was very helpful.
In this San Siro location (which is a small village on Lake Como), you need to take a 5-10 minute drive to Mennaggio to catch the ferries that take you to the various villages around the lake. The villages are historic and very beautiful. You can also drive on a two-lane highway around the lake, but we recommend the ferries.
We recommend this IVHE property and the unique area of Lake Como!
I would just like to thank you and all the team at IVHE for the always promt and very
helpful response to any exchange, you are doing a great job and your site is a geat way
to achieve holidays that would normally be out of a persons budget.
I have always had the most enjoyable stays in the exchange accommodations and the team at IVHE have always been so helpful.
I look forward to exchanging many more trades in the coming years.
Visit to #0769: St. Maarten- We had a wonderful time. The property is exactly like the pictures and the reception was very helpful. The home is centrally located in all aspects and has a nice little beach below. The pool on the roof was an added benefit (a bit cold in March) and a great place to sit and watch the ocean and the stars at night. Excellent restaurants at Grand Case not so far away.
Overall an excellent experience!
A luxurious and supremely comfortable apartment, situated in a well-maintained block, with lovely communal swimming pool and helpful concierge. The apartment is a real "home" and we felt privileged and grateful to be able to use it as our base for exploring Puerto Vallarta. a car is definitely recommended for exploring. Larry and Norma provide full information for their guests, and useful restaurant recommendations etc. Thanks so much for allowing us to share your beautiful home!
The IVHE team were incredibly helpful from the beginning to locate the accommodation and to provide additional concierge services that added to our experience of the area .
#0755: France- The chalet was a delightful place for 6 of us with great communal area in the combined lounge and dining area although the kitchen was somewhat small .The satellite tv was a bonus and it was wonderful to be able to wash and dry ski gear. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the place was lovely and warm, water always hot . The beautiful fairy lights gave it a cosy atmosphere and the terrace had fantastic views.
We loved being able to visit many of the nearby ski resorts and were especially impressed with Abondance and the 10 euro daily lift pass! What value.
My brother got married during our stay so it felt very magical. We still talk about how much we loved this stay and it is a favorite. the house is on the historical register and is very special and in a very special part of California. we would love to return.
Exchange to #0521: New Zealand, Queenstown. The property was exactly as described and provided one of the highlights of our holiday. we were able to spend every evening on the deck enjoying a pre dinner drink in the hot tub followed by a BBQ and then sitting around an open fire watching the sunset. Fantastic!!
I wouldn't have missed this opportunity to stay in this property and I would love to return.
Thanks so much for assisting us with this trade exchange. We had a wonderful time at Amansala, Tumum, Mexico Melissa's little beachfront paradise #372. The rooms were lovely with good views of the ocean and the food at the restaurant was top quality and delicious. The Deluxe rooms were worth the extra credits. We want to go back next year and should start planning soon!
The support from the IVHE team was superb.
Our experience was - simple and hassle-free : almost as if we had been lent the property by an old friend.
We had a wonderful stay with our family at Hob Nob #0217: USA, California, a comfortable and obviously much loved second home, ideally located in a quiet neighborhood in Carmel by the Sea. We found we were within walking distance of everything - the beach, the little town, and several fine restaurants. All the arrangements were made with no problems whatever , the landlords were very accommodating.
We returned in mid-June from a fantastic trip to London and Copenhagen. My husband commented on the trip, "This is the only way we are going to travel from now on!" I agree!
It was so nice every night to return to a home. We were able to spread out and relax from the day. Other vacations we have been stuck in small cramped hotel rooms.
Alabama, USA property
The Venice apartment is very nice and in an interesting neighbourhood (old Jewish Quarter). The property is very well equipped and conveniently located near the waterbus station. The owner is very pleasant and the instructions are clear, extensive and very helpful. The home enhanced our time in Venice.
Thanks to the IVHE who made our stay possible and work very smoothly!
We stayed at Syon House B&B for 2 nights in June and we loved it so much we stayed for another night. We wished it could have been longer! The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated with real elegance and flair and it is located in the most stunning grounds. The views across the surrounding countryside are unbelievable. Claire was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome, giving us lots of helpful tips on where to visit, where to park and walk or where to dine. The breakfast served each morning in the conservatory overlooking the views was delicious and really set us up for the day! This is a beautiful part of England with the Jurassic Coast on the doorstep and we would love to go back and spend more time there to get to know it a little better. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful time in St Maritn! An amzing property! WOW- Thank you again for another great holiday!
Our trip to Marco Island, Florida exceeded our expectations! The home was comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal, on a quiet street in front and the inland waterway in back.
There Is also a pool in a spacious, screened back yard overlooking the waterway.
The location is within walking distance to a very nice park with walking and biking trails, and a YMCA with pool and tennis courts. We also walked to the beach, although some would prefer to drive, especially if taking the typical beach gear.
The owner, Mrs. Harth, was especially helpful when we inadvertently left behind some clothing, making a special trip by the house to retrieve the items and then mailing to us.
We would love to return someday, and recommend this property to anyone - the town itself is delightful, and the house is well-located to enjoy all Marco Island has to offer, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
IVHE is a wonderful organisation and has helped us connect with fellow members across the world. My partner and I thoroughly recommend joining IVHE as it is one of the best, most effective exchange websites in existence. Over the years we've tried using other exchange sites but IVHE is consistently the best. Thanks to IVHE we have stayed in wonderful vacation properties all over the world.
Becoming a member of IVHE has really changed the way we travel. We have saved a lot of money and stayed in some great locations, in high quality homes. The IVHE system is so much bettter than a simultaneous exchange as you can choose from a wide range of homes and travel whenever you want. Communication with IVHE is excellent, always prompt and personal. I highly recommend travelling this way!
IVHE is a wonderful way to experience the world from the vantage point of someone's own home. I am about to host my 2nd group and will now have enough credits to plan for a very special vacation. Dealing with IVHE has been stress-free, professional and very efficient. The value proposition is excellent and I highly recommend Suzie and her organization.
I have been an enthusiastic member of IVHE since 2007 and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We've made ten swaps and are negotiating two more at present. Our first was in Turkey and we've been to Venice, Saltash twice, Scotland, Marrakesh, Babarika, the Dordogne, Budleigh Salterton twice and have plans to visit Tiverton and Spain shortly. Accommodation has ranged from an apartment, a cottage, villas, a converted barn, a Riyad and a boutique hotel. We enjoy the variety and all have been of excellent standard. We have enjoyed taking friends and family. The website is excellent and easy to use. All arrangements have gone smoothly. The organisers are extremely helpful, both friendly and professional. The information about properties is good and they are happy to get extra details and information about each place before we finally make decisions. We enjoy the feeling of IVHE being a member's club and have been lucky enough to meet more like minded owners. Not to forget the very real financial advantage that these swaps have gained us. Being able to leverage the rental value of our house in this way is decidedly to our benefit. Onwards and upwards IVHE!
I highly recommend IVHE as an international home exchange service. It offers a different concept whereby rather than doing an exchange from one owner to the next you can actually choose wherever in the world you want to go. It has allowed us to explore so many different places from Costa Rica, to Hawaii, the slopes of Lake Tahoe, California, and Santiago and we look forward to visiting Europe with more of our credits soon. The service has been phenomenal, it is very personal and very prompt and in the two years we've had nothing but excellent results from IVHE. I highly recommend it and look forward to many more future vacations, saving a great deal of money on accommodation with this service.
Chris, the owner, arranged a transfer from Geneva for a very affordable price, ski rental with discount and helped with all our requests. It felt like we were visiting friends. It was my first trade request with IVHE club and I was very impressed how simple and stress-free was the booking.
We can highly recommend the personal service offered by IVHE - it is a cut above the services offered by other home exchange organisations. Further, the points system allows an exchange which is not dependant on someone wanting to exchange directly - great idea. We were very reassured by the fact that Suzie Magnus had obviously spoken extensively to so many of the members on the website, so that she had gained an idea of each person's needs and offerings. We found a home through the points scheme in a place we had not considered before - Newport, Rhode Island.
It was great to have had the opportunity of a good conversation with IVHE with first hand knowledge of the area, full of helpful advice about the town, the expected climate conditions for the time of year, etc.. This helped us greatly in deciding which of the IVHE villas to go for.
The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful place. The views are fabulous and it is close to town for walking and convenience. The weather is consistently good. We look forward to another visit.
Three IVHE exchanges, most recent Puerto Rico, before that Escola, Florida and Breckenridge, Colorado. All three way way beyond our expectations, absolutely gorgeous. Great locations, really nice clean units and the credits required were extremely reasonable so I couldn't be more pleased, and I have been a house exchanger for twenty five years, before the computerised version of it!
Had very good service, the people are very responsive when you have questions. Have exchanged twice now. Beautiful property, owners were very accommodating, let us know all the restaurant and all the things you could do. I have also exchanged my property a couple of time with no problems. Been a very good experience with IVHE.
Suzie has done an excellent job of developing a company that meets the needs of those with vacation properties who would like to 'swap' homes with others all over the world. The beauty of IVHE is that the trades do not need to be simultaneous. Hence, you can offer your home and 'bank' points to be used later, or use other homes and have yours available at a different time. I have found Suzie to be highly professional, communicative, and detail-oriented, providing the highest caliber of service while maintaining a warm,'personal' touch. I highly recommend this service to anyone.
Top qualities: Great Results, Good Value
IVHE, is the most rewarding and innovative organisation for anyone, around the globe, that own's a second property and loves to travel the world. Believe me, you'll love it - www.ivhe.com!
Suzie is at the heart of IVHE an international home exchange concept that offers so much more than a mere introductory exchange service. Inventive and superb at solving issues that do not fit into boxes. The whole concept of IVHE is in very safe hands and I 100% recommend both Suzie and IVHE to anyone who wants to enhance their lifestyle and holiday experience.
Top qualities: Great Results, Good Value, High Integrity
Suze and her team will go the extra mile to find the right vacation exchange for you. Then they will walk you through the credit process, which I must admit had me confused at first. At every stage they were on hand with any questions I had. The properties we have traded for holiday have all been superb. Furnished to excellent standards and well managed. Excellent value. No more empty property's not earning either.
A wonderful tranquil finca. Just had a week here, and would love to go back. The house is exremely well equipped - and all clearly documented. The village (yes, accessible by foot, but a long walk back with groceries!) is delightful - enormously helpful "supermarket" owner, two good restaurants. Prawns at "Bar Nou" are fantastic! Location in Mallorca is great - easy distance from the airport, and the ports around the coast. Highly recommended.
