The kitchen is large and fully equipped with new shaker style units with integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with four ring ceramic hob and extractor and drop leaf table ideal for breakfast. Off the kitchen is a small lobby with storage and drying for coats/wetsuits etc. The lounge has a comfy three-seater sofa with separate armchair, TV, DVD and Freeview. Through from the lounge is a sunny conservatory with dining table and four chairs, and access to the rear garden.
The central hallway continues to the two bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom one has a double bed with bedside units and reading lamps, a double wardrobe and separate chest of drawers.
