Outstanding 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom architect designed home in new Marina development, situated right on the beachfront.  Everything you could possibly need to fulfil your perfect holiday plan is here.  This property is spacious, comfortable and has an air of relaxation.  It is ideal for up to 4 couples but can accommodate 5 if required.

  • Kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking.  S/S appliances, double oven, microwave, induction cooktop, sep underbench wine fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.
  • Dining area has a magificient custom-made dining table which seats 8
  • Lounge has a pop up LCD TV, surround sound, DVD, VCR and stereo, overhead projector onto massive screen wall, A/C
  • Open living area has bi-fold sliding glass doors which open out to huge balcony with s/s built-in gas BBQ and marble outdoor setting, seating for 8 
  • Main bedroom on top floor with own balcony, has queen bed, a/c, stunning ensuite, marble benchtops, huge WIR, LCD TV, bar fridge & own tea and coffee making facilities.
  • 2nd & 3rd Guest bedrooms both have queen beds and BIRs
  • Guest bathroom has double basins and huge dbl shower
  • Studio/Bunkhouse is self contained with queen bed and dbl sofa bed, kitchenette, fridge, convection microwave, dining setting, TV, DVD & VCR, & stunning ensuite.  This studio has a separate entry.

This home is situated in the new North Harbour of the Mandurah Marina precinct which is approximately 1 hour south of Perth, Western Australia's capital.  Our home looks directly over Comet Bay, a large calm ocean bay encompassing 6 surburbs.  Comet Bay is a calm, protected bay utilised by both families and pleasure craft.  Sightings of pods of dolphins is commonplace at all times of the year.  Walk across the road and soak up the rays or swim to your hearts content.  Take in a espresso at one of the many cafes or just sample one of our many local wines from the bottle shop across the road.

You can idle away many cocktail hours sitting on your protected balcony watching sunsets and yatchs in full sail.  A perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

A mere 2 mins walk to the other side of the harbour will find yourself in the marina with its Dolphin Quays markets and its many restaurants and stalls.  A number of boutiques, cafes, restaurants and shops also reside in our precinct.  Take a walk across the bridge and there is plenty more on offer - hotels, bars, restaurants, tourism rides, performing arts centre and movie theatres, to name a few.  The main town centre is a 10min stroll away, or a 5 min bike ride.

Everything you could need is within easy reach of your accommodation. Be as busy or as lazy as you want.  

Mandurah is 1 hour away from Perth city and also, Fremantle.  Its 2 hours away from WA's premier wine region, Margaret River, although Mandurah does have 3 of its own wineries nearby.

This holiday home is in a stunning location.

Mid week cleaning and linen change can be included for an extra fee (approx Aus $150).

  • 50min train ride from Perth (approx 15min by shuttle from airport to city centre)
  • We can offer a free pick up from either airport and transport to Mandurah
