You'll love our new townhome in beautiful Rehoboth Beach Delaware. Our vacation home is 2500 sq feet and has three very large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, large family room, dining room, living room and kids play room. There is a balcony with furniture and BBQ that overlooks a peaceful pond. Kitchen is well equipped. Family room has hifi sound system and hi def TV/DVD. Directly across the street are the pool (open June to September), basketball/tennis courts and very well equipped gym. We have several bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs for you to use as well.

Our home is located 1 mile from the beach and boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. You'll walk, or ride our bikes to the beach and over 70 excellent restaurants. There are numerous art galleries and unique ecletic shops as well. Within minutes are three very large Outlet shopping complexes and everything, in Delaware, is tax free! Also nearby are water parks and Cape Henlopen State Park. Our home is located on a car free bike bath that extends from Rehoboth Beach to historic Lewes Delaware. Other area activities include sea kayaking, jet ski, fishing, surf fishing (very popular), hanging at the beach, walking the "boards" or, just simply relaxing at our peacful and very quiet home. Rehoboth Beach is easily accessed and is approximately 2 hours from Washington D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia. The Cape May/Lewes Ferry is only 7 miles away.

Once you arrive at our home you'll rarely need your car as almost everything is within walking or bike riding distance.
