A five minute drive from the property will get you to the Mount Martha township with its friendly village atmosphere, its extensive yellow sand beach with old world bathing boxes and yacht club adding to its appeal. The village also has restaurants and all your shopping needs.

Mornington is a 15 minute drive and provides a huge variety of pubs, restaraunts, outdoor entertainment and specialty shopping. Local wineries with magnificent vine restaraunts and rugged surf coast are all within a short drive. The peninsula is also famous for its many sand belt dune style golf courses amongst which is Moonah Links where the Australian Open has been played many times.

Buses run to and from the Frankston rail service that connects to Melbourne city.The bus station is at the bottom of the hill and a two minute walk. Taxis operate throughout the peninsula, but a car would be the best way to explore the many delights of the peninsula region. We can arrange our private loan car if neccesary upon your arrival.
