This 4000sq foot property property sits nestled sympathetically in the hillside and boasts multiple decks that are well positioned to enjoy the incredibly spectacular views that Sedona has to offer.

The home has an elegant simplicity, feeling luxurious, yet casual at the same time. With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, it is open and airy with a soaring double fireplace and cathedral ceilings.

Guests will enjoy special amenities such as a pool table, comfortable beds, outdoor dining and a large outdoor hot tub from where you can stare up at the star-studded sky in comfort.

The property backs onto protected national forest that is host to lots of wildlife as well as hiking trails.

This home is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and is a short drive from both downtown Sedona and the neighbouring community of Oak Creek Village.

Sedona, often called the "Red Rock Country", is surrounded by red-rock monoliths and to the north, by the stunningly beautiful Oak Creek Canyon. It benefits from a mild, four-season climate making it perfect for enjoying the red rock trails or touring the areas Native American sacred sites and ruins.

Culturally rich, with it's breath taking beauty, it is no surprise that Sedona is home to a large artist community and over 40 art galleries. Sedona also plays host to some wonderful festivals throughout the year - the Sedona International Film Festival (February), Sedona Jazz on the Rocks (September), Sedona Arts Festival (October).

Sedona also has some excellent restaurants, many with outdoor dining taking advantage of the views on offer. If you are fond of wine tasting, why not visit the Verde Valley which is home to several vineyards and wineries.

By air, you can fly to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is 2-2.5 hours from Sedona. A shuttle service operates from Phoenix Airport to Sedona.

Alternatively, there is a small airport in Sedona for private planes and a car rental agency at Sedona airport.
