The house is located in a gated estate within Horizons Golf Resort. The resort has 2 swimming pools (1 heated) 2 spas, sauna, volley ball court, tennis court, driving range, putting green and 18 hole championship golf course. There is also a clubhouse with cafe and restaurant. As the golf course is surrounded by Australian bush, kangaroos, koalas, kookaburras, king parrots and wildlife are often seen on the course and in our garden.  The house has 4 bedrooms each with ensuite, master has spa bath & dressing room. It has reverse cycle airconditioning, underfloor heating and ceiling fans. There is a formal lounge and large open plan family room with gas fire place and plasma TV (Satellite). There is a separate dining hall, kitchen (Meile appliances) with breakfast bar, full laundry with washer & dryer and garages. The furnishings are mostly imported and top quality. In the garden overlooking 7th fairway is a large commercial quality tepanyaki BBQ with granite benchtop. Also included is a Club Car Golf Cart.

Horizons Golf Resort is located in Salamander Bay, Port Stephens. It is located on the north coast of New South Wales.

From Sydney Airport there is a daily bus service.  By car it takes 3 hours. There is also an airport at Newcastle, about 20 minutes by car.
