The Property is on 3 levels, Spiral staircase may not be suitable for everyone. Open Plan Kitchen/Diner and Lounge area.

Prefer non-smoking persons. Pets are welcome but must be Toilet/ House Trained.

Located in the Centre of the Picturesque Medieval City of Perigueux.

Numerous Shops, Bars, Resturants, Museums, Art Galleries. Cinema, Theatre & local Markets etc all on the doorstep.

2 Mins walk to the River where you can find such activities as Canoeing, Cycling, Fishing, Rollerskating & Horse Riding. Many sights to see including Perigueux's Magnificent Cathedral & various Chataux's. Approx half an hours drive to other popular Tourist Locations such as Brantome & Sarlat.

Approx 45 Mins from Bergerac by Train or Car. 1 Hour from Limoges, Bordeaux or Angouleme Airports.

Apparently Brive Airport is also opening up which I think is closer but not sure when it will be open exactly.
