The Property

Fairwater is a spacious 3 bedroom holiday home on the south coast of NSW. 100 metres walk to beautiful beach. Enjoy water views from the large balcony with BBQ for casual living. 2 queen size bedrooms, one with ensuite. Main bathroom with bath & shower. Kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry with washing machine. Off street parking.

Mollymook is situated 2.5 hour drive south of Sydney. It is a popular holiday destination with pristine beaches. There are 18 hole and 9 hole golf courses a short drive away. Nearby Milton and Ulladulla offer all amenities and a variety of top quality restaurants.

Mollymook is a drive from Sydney. Approximately 3 hours from the airport. Buses are available and the trip would take approx 4 hours.
