The Property

Lovely two storey house, 3.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an outside shower room.  The beach is at the door and surfers love it!  There are two living areas, a deck to enjoy the sunset or eat breakfast on.  All furnishings are modern and comfortable.

The Location

Phillip Island is known for its surf beaches.   Many surfing competitions are held on the island. It also has safe bay beaches for children.  The Grand Prix and other motor cycle and car racing events are held through out the year. It is a very casual place, with good restaurants and cafes.

Getting There
The house is in Victoria on the east of Australia, about 2 hours from Melbourne.  Tourist buses run to the Island from Melbourne but most people would travel by private car.
