This beautiful near-new waterfront home is situated on the East side of Lake Sammamish in the City of Sammamish, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. Off peak commute to downtown is about 25 minutes.

The home is a duplex containing about 3,000 square feet. All rooms enjoy spectacular views. Living spaces include Living room with fireplace, formal Dining room, Kitchen with adjacent Sun room, Family room (den), Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, open bath, and fireplace, large Office, and guest Bedroom. There are three and one-half baths and three outdoor patios, one fully covered. Hardwood floors and oriental rugs grace the entry, living, dining, kitchen and sun room.

The home is located approximately 20 miles east of downtown Seattle between Redmond (home of Microsoft) and Issaquah about mid point on Lake Sammamish. It is convenient to many good restuarants and quality shopping.

The "Summit to Sound" trail is immediately adjacent to the property. The pedestrian and bicycle trail extends from the Summit of the Cascade Mountains to Puget Sound, a distance of about 50 miles.

The home is a private home. There are no staff.

The home is about 30 miles northeast of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport via Interstate 405 and Interstate 90 to Issaquah, then 6 miles nort on East Lake Sammamish Parkway.
