The Property

The renovation of this three bedroom, two and-a-half-bath home has just been completed and includes two new spa-style bathrooms. All of the furniture and linens are new. The owner, an interior designer and travel photographer, has designed the decor of the home. The style is 'Chic and Contemporary' with dashes of color and textures. A 'Fun' place to stay. Think of zebra carpet and retro modern furnishings with a twist of island style.

The Location

This panoramic view home sits high on a hill in the beautiful prestigious Portlock area. Diamond Head and sunset views are in front with the Hanauma Bay Reserve behind. Located nearby are the most gorgeous beaches, Hanuama Bay, Sandy's and Makapu'u. Close in proximity are Sea Life Park, Blowhole Lookout, two golf courses and the Makapu'u Lighthouse Hiking trail. The home is 15 minutes from Waikiki Beach, Kahala and Diamond Head and are three residential blocks' walk to the bay and white sand Portlock beach. Evening entertainment is plentiful, movie theaters, fine dining restaurants (Roy's, Bluewater Grill).
