The Property

Our apartment is absolute waterfront situated on the Nerang River, overlooking the moutains in the hinterland. It has a deep balcony running the length of the apartment. Every room opens out to the balcony and the view. The views are unobstructed 270 degrees looking over the river, out to the mountains. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a communal swimming pool, BBQ area and boat mooring for 4 boats. The beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast are 5 minutes walk. There are many activities in the immmediate area.

The Location

It is absolute river frontage. It is in located just out of the centre of Surfer's Paradise, however, it is waliking distance. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk.

The Gold coast is accessible from either Brisbane airport (40 minutes) or Coolangatta Airport ( 30 minutes).
