Pivotal Point is a brand new residential resort complex on Marine Parade adjacent to the beautiful Broadwater (see pictures). Downstairs you find a gymnasium, heated pool, play-ground, outdoor entertaining area with broadwater and ocean views, bbq, spa, sauna and entertainment deck.

It has blossomed to a sophisticated region that people flock to for a holiday, to enjoy the climate, the beatiful beaches, the waterways and rainforests or to experience the thrills of the worldfamous themeparks.

At your doorstep are the cosmopolitan delights of one of the Gold Coast's most popular shopping centres, Australia fair. You are in walking distance of Southport's business district and the Gold Coast hospital and medical centres, legal offices, clubs, hotels, coffee shops and restaurants. Take the underpass and walk along the beautiful Broadwater. A short bike ride (along the broadwater) is the Sheraton Mirage Resort (join for high tea), Versace Hotel and Seaworld. Travel 1 hour south to explore the beautiful Tweed Valley featuring Mt Warning (and national park), the tip of which is the first part of mainland Australia that is touched by the rising sun each day).

Head north on the freeway for a 1 hour drive to beautiful Brisbane to explore its parks, musea, theatres, shopping and lively city centre.

Head west and take a day drive to explore the hinterland toward Beaudesert, visit quant old towns that have hardly changed in a hundred years stop at a local pub for a meal and explore antique shops or wineries.
