We are a family of five: 2 non smoking adults, children 12,15,16. Our lake front country home is approximately 3500 sq ft with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, livingroom, diningroom open to large kitchen, den with computer and TV, familyroom with flat screen TV, sauna, hot tub, a 25 foot water trampoline, boats, bikes and lovely gardens.

We are situated on a beautiful clean, spring fed, quiet lake with wonderful swimming and boating in one of the ski areas of Nova Scotia for summer hiking and biking.

Truro is the closest town at 25 minutes away, the International Airport is 1 hour and Halifax is 1 1/2 hours. We have wonderful golf courses all around us, (we are avid golfers ourselves!!) and ocean beaches within a short drive. We love our lake property and look forward to sharing it with someone else while we give our children a taste of European life.

Located in Eastern Canada, Nova Scotia, Folly Lake is 1 1/2 hours NW of Halifax. Situated midway between The Bay of Fundy (the Worlds Highest Tides) and the Northumberland Strait (The Warmest Ocean Water North of the Carolina's), Folly Lake is your own piece of quiet lake- front relaxation.

Due to its central geographic location one can day trip or over night to New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia's Cape Breton Island.

There are four golf courses within 30 minutes of us and Prince Edward Island has 18 Golf courses all within a 2 1/2 hours drive. For non Golfers there is no reason to go anywhere...

Halifax International Airport is only 1 hour away.
