Our beach house is at St Andrews Beach on the Mornington Penisnsula - approximately 1 and ¼ hours drive from Melbourne. The modern beach house consists of a 3 bedroom main house and a 1 bedroom fully self-contained unit. The property features magnificent ocean views is a 5 minute walk to the ocean beach, a 5 minute drive to the bay beach and in the heart of Victoria's premier golfing, beach and wine district. Local golf courses include the Moonah Links National (Australian open is played here), Cape Shank and The Dunes.

Beaches - The Mornington Peninsula offers three coastlines - Port Phililip Bay with tranquil beaches, Bass Strait with wild ocean and the secluded coast along the Western Port Bay. There are many sheltered swimming bays along with wild surf beaches.

Wineries and dining - There are numerous attractions packed into a relatively small area. There are around 50 wineries with cellar doors, many with five star restuarants and cafes with vistas of vineyards or the sea (sometimes both).

Golf - The Monrnington Peninsula boasts 18 outstanding golf courses, including Moonha Links which host the Australian Open (5 minutes drive).

Walks and Heritage - There are kilometres of walks through National Parks and along beaches with many local artists and galleries.
