Come and visit our luxurious house on one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, Maresias is surrounded by the Atlantic's forest palm trees . The house has 4 bedrooms (3 available for guests) 5 bathrooms and a 25 meter long swimming pool. There is also a home theater and 2 living rooms, all painted white. The main living room has a 7 metre high white roof. Jacuzzi for 8 people outside, air conditioning in all rooms, security guard and maid. The garden is a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by palm trees.

I'm a stock broker 40 years old and I love to travel to ski and to visit exotic beaches around the world, My wife is 28 years old she is a fashion designer and she owns a designing company. Maresias is on one of the most famous beaches in São Paulo state , it is notorious for its white sand and clean blue warm water of the ocean. The beach is full of young people since Maresias has one of the most exciting night life in São Paulo. There are many famous restaurants like MANACA, CAUIM, AQUA and others famous restaurants with international and Brazilian food. At night there are nightclubs like SIRENA where over 2,000 people dance from 11 pm to 7 am. Galeão is another club full of pretty people among more than 10 others which makes Maresias night life the IBIZA of Brazil.

Maresias is a beach villa, close to the city life of São Paulo (1 1/2 hour drive) which is Brazil's biggest city with 16 million people and an 'all New York' life style. Rio de Janeiro is only at 3 hour drive away through a panoramic coastal road that goes straight from Maresias to Rio de Janeiro. Rio de Janeiro has the most beautiful carnival in the world.
